South Again

Tim leaves on the 20th November heading back to the Antarctic. Working for the US Antarctic Program this season, he will be working with top US geologists on Mt Discovery, a dormant volcano near Mt Erebus and Ross Island. They are studying volcanic and glacial sequences in order to trace past movements of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet. PHEW!!!
